bc) Buildings serving vineyard and orchard cultivation, processing, storage, and wine tourism may cover up to 3% of the land area above ground, with a maximum gross floor area of 150 m2 in a single building, and underground a single earth-covered cellar up to 10% of the area, provided the plot meets the minimum size and cultivation requirements of the zone.  
bd) Terraces cannot be created in the roof space of buildings.  
be) Building height may be up to 4 m, with the highest facade no more than 6 m excluding the gable wall.  
bf) Residential houses, caravans, residential containers, mobile homes, prefabricated houses, garden ponds, ornamental ponds, swimming pools, open fire water reservoirs, and animal housing buildings are not permitted; fire water reservoirs must be enclosed, buried, and covered.  
bg) Buildings with a gross floor area over 100 m2 must demonstrate landscape integration.  
bh) Estate centers may not be established.  
bi) Sacred buildings (chapels, crosses, stone images, etc.) may be placed on the plot regardless of size, up to a maximum of 10 m2.  

(8) 6 Additional conditions for building on garden agricultural areas:  
Along planned road widening boundaries, the detachment of the land portion for road widening is not a condition for issuing a building permit, but fences and wildlife protection nets may only be built along these planned road widening boundaries.
